Supakids Offers a Diverse event planning service. We mainly cater for kids parties, but until recently we have added Baby Showers, Kitchen Teas, Hen Nights, 21sts, Weddings.... the list goes on.  We pride ourselves with the fact that no matter what event we need to plan, we tackle it with professionalism and integrity. No event is too big or too small for us, we do it all.

Please note that we respect the copyright laws of all licensed characters, and should you wish to choose a character from a popular movie, we will advise you on how we can achieve the the perfect set up without breaking the rules :)

If you are interested to use our services, kindly contact an agent in your area or complete the online quote request form

You will be contacted with 48 hours, please bear in mind that because we work mainly on weekends, our access to email is limited from Fridays to Mondays due to Set Up and Collections.

We will then establish your needs, we discuss colour, style, décor and all your desires, and quote you accordingly.

Once you decide you would like to go ahead and book our services, and you have accepted the quote, you are then required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your date.

Any changes to the quote or booking such as additional kids must be confirmed with the agent no later that one week prior to your party date. This ensures the agent has enough time to buy additional decor, make extra party packs and accommodate the decor adjustments.

Your final balance is payable 1 week prior to the party when you confirm your numbers.

Should your final payment not be received by the due date, the agent has the full right to inform you that they will not be able to set up until payment is received and confirmed in full. You may refer to our terms and conditions given to you along with your quotation for any clarification.

Only once you have accepted the quotation and paid your deposit, the agent will then start sourcing ideas for you, communicate with you and spend time planning your event.

Our policy's and procedures are put into place to ensure that you get the very best service and that everything is delivered as required, and to ensure you have a successful event.
